Your physiology, nutritional needs and your lifestyle are unique, consequently no single dietary approach works for everyone. Whether you are trying to manage your weight, seek help with digestive issues, wish to improve your relationship to food or simply tweak your diet to enhance your general wellbeing, my aim is to support you in making better food choices with a plan that is as unique as you are.
How I work
I offer one to one consultations to individuals wishing to make diet and lifestyle changes to optimise their health. I commonly work with clients concerned about digestive function, weight management, tiredness and stress, mood issues, immune function and autoimmunity, female health and hormonal balance, skin conditions, food sensitivities and intolerances and cardiovascular health.
My approach is collaborative and I aim to guide you to make informed food choices, rather than tell you what to do. I will work with you to keep you focused on your individual health goals and find realistic ways to help you establish sustainable food and lifestyle changes until they become a habit. I aim to maximise what already is good in your diet and crowd out what is not, whilst making sure the food you eat is always delicious and simple to prepare. I do not believe in deprivation.
